Inspired by the popularity of our previous article on metaverse jobs in 2022, we are going to introduce 5 more exciting metaverse jobs suitable for anyone looking to go into the tech industry.
But first, let’s first recap on what the metaverse is. The metaverse is a space that takes the internet as a single and immersive virtual world that is facilitated by the use of virtual reality and augmented reality headsets. In short, think of a virtual world that merges reality with the online world. In the metaverse, participants will be able to use avatars, hang out with friends, and even go to work! To add on, the metaverse will be an amalgamation of different “worlds”. For example, a user can switch from “Facebook world” to join “Apple world” seamlessly.
What’s more exciting is that more than 10,000 new jobs are expected to be created over the next five years in the metaverse. This may be confusing especially for new joiners in the workforce, but as a tech recruitment company in Malaysia, we’re always trying to stay one step ahead of the game. We’ve listed five new exciting metaverse jobs to help you on your career path!
