- Build the recruitment and staffing business into sustainable growth by generating revenues and increase in market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies together with the leadership team according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth for Malaysia and Hong Kong
- Formulate and direct market research and analysis to create business plans on commercial opportunities
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to drive revenues and ultimately business growth
- Prepare business proposals and take part in the pricing negotiation process
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into profitable deals
- Perform risk assessment when working with new clients
- Review existing contracts and make recommendations on commercially
- Perform competitor analysis, interpret market trends and adapt to industry change
Skills and Competencies:
- Degree holder or equivalent
- 5 years experience in solution selling and key account management
- A proven track record with multi-national corporation clients
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mind set
- Self-motivated and result-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
