Job Description
Position Overview:
- Handle Customer calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver first class, professional customer service to existing and potential customers
- To deliver front line customer services to ensure resolution of enquiries and complaints
- To provide customer with accurate and precise product and service information
- To follows established procedures for each service request, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality standards to maimize customer satisfaction
- To liaise closely with both dealer and internal division for accurate delivery of information and fast resolutions
- To record all calls answered and received, systematically (both manual and computer system)
- To escalate customer complaitnes or priority issues that cannot be completed with agreed procedures
- To perform constant follow-up with customers, dealers and internal division and update system immediately till the closure of enquiry or complaint in timely manner
- To continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with our customers and strive toward Customer Satisfaction
Requirement:
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin in written and spoken will be advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
- Minimum Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
