Job Details:
- To handle incoming inquiries and complaints for all bank's products
- Liaise with different parties to resolve client's issues
- Identify the service gaps and gather customer feedbacks for improvement plan
- Achieve monthly KPI as per agreed • Adhere to procedures to policities
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 year contact centre experiences in answering inbound calls
- Able to speak in different languages such as English and Malay
- Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Able to work rotational shift (5 days a week), 24/7 shift
- Basic Salary Range from RM 3,000 - RM 4,000 + Shift Allowances + Superb Benefits 6 Months Contract and convert to permanent role under Banking Industry subject to performance.
