Job Scopes:
- Handle inbound calls and provide responsive assistance to clients regarding insurance claims
- Provide documents for all conversations and convert action into the case management system
- Ensure follow up requirements and clearly documented
Job Requirements:
- Possess 1-2 years call centre experiences, Fresh Graduate Welcome
- Able to speak fluent English and Malay, Mandarin is added advantage
- Possess at least SPM / Diploma
- Able to work 24/7 shift
