Job Details: 

  • To handle incoming inquiries and complaints for all bank's products 
  • Liaise with different parties to resolve client's issues 
  • Identify the service gaps and gather customer feedbacks for improvement plan 
  • Achieve monthly KPI as per agreed 
  • Adhere to procedures to policities 

Job Requirements: 

  • Possess at least 1 year contact centre experiences in answering inbound calls 
  • Able to speak in different languages such as Mandarin English and Malay 
  • Possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline 
  • Well versed in different languages
  • Able to work rotational shift (5 days a week), 24/7 shift 
  • Salary Range from RM 3,000 - RM 3,700 + Shift Allowances + Superb Benefits - up to GROSS 5K !!!
