Job Details:
- To handle incoming inquiries and complaints for all bank's products
- Liaise with different parties to resolve client's issues
- Identify the service gaps and gather customer feedbacks for improvement plan
- Achieve monthly KPI as per agreed
- Adhere to procedures to policies
Job Requirements
- FRESH GRAD WELCOME
- Possess at least 1 year contact centre experiences in answering inbound calls
- Able to speak in different languages such as Mandarin English and Malay
- Possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Well versed in different languages</li><li>Able to work rotational shift (5 days a week), 24/7 shift
- Salary Range from RM 2,800 - RM 3,700 + Shift Allowances + Superb Benefits - up to GROSS 5K
