Urgent Hiring! Customer Service Executive - based in call center
Location: Wisma Chuang
Jobs Details:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to Membership and Loyalty Program, ongoing promotions and order related inquiries
• Assist with customer inquiries and requests promptly, accurately and professionally
• Update and maintain customer interaction in CRM systems and database
• Meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level set upon
• Resolve customer complaints tactfully and follow up to ensure resolution
• Knowing when to escalate the case to Team Leader when necessary
• Maintain amicable working relationship within the team and different departments of the company
• Will have extra allowance if achieve the target and requirement
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in call center or customer service environment.
• Must able to work in rotation shift, public holidays and weekends.
• Fresh graduates with passion on customer service or graduated from relevant industry are welcome to apply
• Must be able to communicate and written in English is a must either or Mandarin will be good add on.
*This is a 1 year Contract PositionJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: RM1,800.00 to RM2,500.00 /month
