Job Details:
- To handle incoming inquiries and complaints for all bank's products
- Liaise with different parties to resolve client's issues
- Identify the service gaps and gather customer feedback for improvement plan
- Achieve monthly KPI as per agreed
- Adhere to procedures to policies
Job Requirements:
- DEGREE FRESH GRAD WELCOMED
- Possess at least 2 years contact centre experiences in answering inbound calls
- Able to speak in different languages such as Mandarin, English and Malay
- Possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Able to work rotational shift (5 days a week), 24/7 shift
