Job Details:

  • To handle incoming inquiries and complaints for all bank's products
  • Liaise with different parties to resolve client's issues
  • Identify the service gaps and gather customer feedback for improvement plan
  • Achieve monthly KPI as per agreed
  • Adhere to procedures to policies

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least 2 years contact centre experiences in answering inbound calls
  • Able to speak in different languages such as Mandarin, English and Malay
  • Possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Able to work rotational shift (5 days a week), 24/7 shift


  • High basic salary range from RM 2,700 to RM 3,700
