Job Description
We are looking for enthusiatic individual to join our F&B services team. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the incumbent will manage multiple F&B Brands/Units
Responsibility:
- Responsible for the financial budgeting for the beverage sector
- Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business and managing the operating costs in tandem
- Develop and execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise
- Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu items from time to time
- Ensure consistency in product quality and service delivery
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures and ensure that the SOP is observed consistently
- Work closely with Brand Manager to develop marketing campaigns and branding strategies
- Identify ways to increase work efficiency and productivity
- Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on attrition, peak period demands and succession planning
- Lead, encourage and motivate employees to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Effectively trilingual in English, Malay and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with English, Malay and Chinese speaking business associates
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B industry in similar capacity
- Independent and resourceful
- Good communication and people manager
- Self-Motivator & Passionate for F&B industry
- Appreciates service excellence and problem solving
