Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for payroll processing and ensure it is accurate and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely payroll submission and to maintain the payroll records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor the staff claims i.e. handphone, mileage, medical and hospitalization claims, overtime payment, staff attendance and leave management.
- Monitor the application, termination, replacement, and payment of staff medical outpatient card, season car pass, and motorbike season pass.
- Assist in the renewal and update of staff insurance.
- Time and attendance management: verify the monthly attendance report and manage the company door system & CCTVs.
- Maintain & update employees’ records, such as personal information, leave record & career development.
- Liaise with government statutory payment, such as EPF, SOCSO and income tax and agents CP58.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans.
- New employee onboarding.
- Administrative duties and records management.
- To handle the end-to-end recruitment process to new staff
- To check and verify all HR documents and handle all relevant issues pertaining introduction.
- To assist with the day-to-day HR operations/administration
- To ensure all employees’ details, personnel files and HR filing system are properly updated
- To assist in the group of companies’ administrative matters and related activities as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience the related field is required for this position.
- Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin is a MUST due to job requirement.
- Able to work at Jalan Ampang (Ampang Park LRT).
- 5 working days.
