Job Descriptions:
- Reassure the effectiveness and efficiency utilization of resources for meeting service level and response time objectives
- Manage and reassure the service level agreements for various divisions are met
- Manage call volume, attendance schedules
- Provide action / performance improvement plans
- Prepare internal reports Job
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree (Preferably)
- Possess min of 3 years relevant experience
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Able to work on shift hours ( including weekend, till 12am)
- Familiar with CMS and Avaya tools will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
