Job Responsibilities: 

  • To manage and guide a team of Recruitment Consultants and Sourcing Specialists to ensure continuous growth of clientele portfolio and satisfaction of existing clients 
  • Accountable for team’s deliveries and ensure the team is able to achieve above company’s set KPI Job Duties 
  • Work closely with team members in building and growing the company’s clientele portfolio 
  • Guide team in handling issues with clients and candidates 
  • Inspire team members to achieve their set KPI 
  • Work closely with Country Manager to achieve company’s objective and goals 
  • Involve in strategic planning for business directions 

Job Requirements: 

  • Proven sales track record in the recruitment industry 
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing a sales team
  • Able to demonstrate an exemplary example to the team 
  • Willing to learn and proactive
