Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical architect for major aspects of the IT architecture with the main focus on SaaS applications and integration.
- Serve as a primary system administrator for SaaS environment (e.g. Salesforce.com).
- Define and Lead Infra/Environment (non-functional) testing, including Cloud and on-premise integration.
- Devising IT operations framework with ITSM system (i.e. ServiceNow), monitoring, automation (i.e. Automic, Control-M), DevOps, common services and reporting tools.
- Ability to technically lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production)
- Work with the management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development and change management activities.
- Provide direction, input and governance into other groups including design, architecture and development for the assigned application portfolio. This includes remediation, testing, data migration, system cutover, decommissioning and platform roadmaps.
- Prepare documentation for overall environment/cloud sandbox readiness and integration.
- Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors and the application development teams.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 7-9 years of experience as an Application Architect with Telecom background. Hands-on experience in implementation of Order Management / Service Provisioning, CRM, CPQ, Billing.
- Have experience in IT infrastructure, engineering and software architecture design, business analysis, business process, DevOps, Agile.
- Experienced with the database technologies: MS SQLServer, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB/MySQL • Technical background in different infrastructure, AWS Cloud, Salesforce, Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with scripting tools such as Unix/Linux scripts and Windows PowerShell.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/RHEL OS.
- Familiar with API (REST and JSON) knowledge, microservices, serverless architecture.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
- Salesforce Admin / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Certification is a plus
- Knowledge in Service Fulfilment - Network Inventory (plus Data Migration) , Service Assurance – Fault and Trouble Ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
