Responsibilities:
- Promotes and acquire customers for various types of products within the Maybank Group
- Process customers’ application in a timely manner
- Achieve or exceed sales performance and productivity indicator (i.e. daily targets, talk time, submissions & approvals)
- Adhere to banking regulations, policies and procedures at all times
- Strive to achieve or exceed individual sales targets through identifying and closing sales opportunities with customers on the telephone, to relentlessly upsell and cross-sell to contribute to Virtual Banking revenue and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Persistently champion the Maybank brand to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to customer loyalty and retention.
- Continuously maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all customer interactions and offer the best customer service experience by proactively, expeditiously and effectively solving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high standards in making sure all presentations to customers are in accordance to product guidelines and script
- Constantly make efforts to self-improve or self-motivate in order to continuously achieve or exceed set KPI targets and/or other business objectives.
- Take ownership, personal responsibility and initiative in keeping abreast with and be updated on all Maybank Group products and services to effectively and efficiently satisfy customer requirements.
- Assist customers to understand product and service offerings and help them make an informed decision on how they can benefit from purchasing Maybank Group’s products and services.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from recognized academic institution - Minimum of 1 year Sales/Telesales experience with performance track record
- Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with credits in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics - Minimum of 2 years Sales/Telesales experience with performance track record
- Result-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals
- Good knowledge in financial and banking products
- Team player with initiatives and assertiveness
- Strong relationship building, influencing skills and selling skills
- Ability to work well with others and build rapport in business situations
- Good customer service skills including researching and resolving customer issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Malaysia citizens only
