Core Competency Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business Management, Marketing, and or any other related equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or retails in Banking, Investment, Insurance, Education, Food & Beverage, and other related equivalent industry (at least involved in THREE difference industries)
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels Good analytic skills and negotiation skills to explain and introduce the product Good networking and interpersonal skills to build rapport with the client 
  • Ambition and aggressive to achieve monthly/annual sales targets through direct sales efforts
  • Must able to write and speak fluently in both English and Mandarin
  • Able to speak other language is an extra bonus
  • Has own transportation

Accountability

  • Engage in business development activities and solicitation of new business
  • Contribute to the implementation of the annual sales and marketing strategy
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • To identify, qualify, and establish potential new business opportunities and sales opportunities
  • Build rapport; maintains good relationships with the client by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Recommend profit and service improvement to existing client/ and new client
  • Attend meeting with Managing Director to update the knowledge of products if needed
  • Attend meeting regularly and provide timely feedback to superior regarding performance
  • To ensure a full understanding of all the projects and products; conduct an accurate and persuasive presentation to the client 
  • Control expenses to meet the budget guideline
  • Manage and generate sales reports and client information
  • Follow up client's payment with the corresponding department (e.g. Account Department)
  • Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies  and ethics codes of conduct
